Description of Issue

A $0 Abatement Entry record will allow to be Bill Posted, but error when GL Posted

  • Error updating adjustment information for report. -6372 ISAM -220

  • Arithmetic overflow error for data type smallint, value = 32768

  • Abatement Entry (txabtent)



Cause




Resolution

Development is currently researching the issue. Install MUN-436388 once available

Work around is to click through the error. Abatement will still allow to be GL Posted
