Resolution

To enter the Disposable Income Percentage value, first navigate to the Deduction and Benefit Master program
1. Payroll>Payroll Setup>Deduction and Benefit Master
Search for the deduction code in question
Click Update
Click on the Garnishments tab
In the Garn Disp Income % field enter 25.000
In the Garn Gross Income % field enter 25.000 also
Click Accept
Delete and re-add the deduction code on the employee's record
Test the changes in a test payroll to confirm that the calculation worked as expected
