Description of Issue

In the Create Request program the Subject of Service dropdown does not immediately populate for activity codes with a default asset category assigned

Resolution

Install MUN-436254 once it's been released

Workaround: The Subject of Service dropdown will populate once another action is taken such as clicking the filter icon or deselecting the default asset category and then selecting it again
