ExecuTime Enable Amount

We are trying to get an day type pay code to work correctly in ExecuTime to come into the Time Entry batch.

Already verified:

• Checked the Pay master setup

• Checked the Job/Salary Setup

• Updated the UI Environments Flags to allow the Amount Code field to be available on the Pay Code in ExecuTime

• Checked the Amount Code box on the paycode

• Went into Time History in Payroll functions and added "1" to the amount field on the employee record to test.

• Previewed the PR export and the pay line still shows hours and 0 quantity

• Munis Payroll Processing

• ExecuTime

• ET

Incorrect Configuration in Munis Pay Master and ExecuTime amount fields not enabled

Update the pay code in Munis Pay Master (Munis > Human Capital Management > Payroll > Payroll Setup > Pay Master) 

• Set Units to Amount

• Set Calc Code to 60 - Flat Amount - Lump Sum 

Update the settings in ExecuTime

• Check the Enable Amount field in ExecuTime > System Admin > UI Environment Flags > Time Processing

• Update the pay code in ET (ExecuTime > System Admin > Master File Management > Pay Codes > Edit (Pencil) for desired pay code) and check the Amount Code box
