ExecuTime Supervisor Cannot Maintain Clock In Out Pays

Supervisor cannot maintain employee hours - User cannot add a Clock In/Out entry for an employee who reports to her, but can add a Time Entry, although that is not what we want.

Incorrect Configuration

• Verify the employee to approve has access to a Clock In/Out pay code through the below programs

  • Check pay code setup in ExecuTime to verify the Allow for Clock In/Out checkbox is selected

  • Verify pay code is attached to the employee in Munis > Human Resources/Payroll > Payroll > Employee Maintenance > Employee Job/Salary
