Payroll Advices are not archiving to TCM



Description of Issue

Processing payroll advices and the image is not going over to TCM.

Cause

The Suppress Check Number checkbox selected in Payroll Run Control program is preventing the system from passing a check number from the payroll printing to TCM. This is needed to link the ReadyForms advice to TCM so it can be seen in TCM viewer, Employee Inquiry, Employee Centrals, and Employee Self Service, provided other settings/parameters are in place. 



Resolution
  1. In Munis go to Payroll > Payroll Setup > Payroll Control Settings

  2. In the Payroll Control Settings program click on the Run Control toolbar option

  3. Under the Processing Options tab, clear the Suppress Check Number checkbox

  4. Repeat these steps for all payroll run control records

Please note that the change impacts future payrolls and not previously created payrolls. If the payroll has already been started and the setting was not in place, please contact Payroll Support for assistance to help correct the issue.
