Adding Holiday Schedules in ExecuTime with Munis As-One

Receive access error when trying to add holiday schedule Access violation : admin is not allowed to access this class net.executime.model.data.TimeEntryType

• Munis Payroll Version 11.3 or higher

• ExecuTime

• ET

Incorrect user/employee trying to add Holiday Schedule

Must login as employee that has the holiday pay code attached within Employee Job/Salary

• Since the admin account does not have an employee account in Munis, it cannot add an ExecuTime Holiday Schedule.

• You will need to use an actual employee account for this function.

The Holiday Schedules program (ExecuTime > Payroll Functions > Holiday Schedules) only allows the user to have access to those pay codes that are within that user's Employee Job/Salary records (Munis > Human Capital Management > Payroll > Employee Maintenance > Employee Job/Salary).
