Show Vendor Address Functionality on Purchase Order ReadyForms

What is the functionality for the Show Vendor Address option for the Purchase Order ReadyForms?

Vendor Remit Addresses can contain Purchase Order address types.  If used, the PO Mailing address can be what is printed on the Purchase Order ReadyForms or the Main Vendor Address can be printed.

Within ReadyForms Template Configuration under the Forms Design tab:

• If the toggle for Use Mailing Address As Vendor is turned Off, the Main Vendor Address will print on the Purchase Order ReadyForms

• If the toggle for Use Mailing Address As Vendor is turned On, the Purchase Order Mailing Address will print on the Purchase Order ReadyForms
