Creating Custom Templates for imports in version 2019.1 from 11.3. Where can the Description be defined? 

What is the table name for the Descriptions field on Form Definitions in Munis version 11.3?

In higher versions there is no place for the Description field when creating a Custom Template for Employee Import. Use the Name as the distinguishing factor. 

In Munis 11.3 the Form Definition program (spformdf) table name for Description is spdf_name.
