ExecuTime Time Approval message

Time approval message displaying in Time Card Inquiry where there has been no approvals made on the timecard

A time approval message has been created under the UI and time was enter for the user via Supervisor Actions > Employee Time Maintenance. Any time entered through this menu will automatically have a status of approved when saved to the time card. 

Add time to users using one of the other time entry menus such as:

• Employee Actions > Timesheet Entry

• Supervisor Actions > Time Approvals 

Messages configure under System Admin > UI Environment Flags > Messages to show for Timesheet Approvals will display on the users timecard if the following occurs

• Employee approves their timecard

• Supervisor approves an employees timecard

• Time is added to a users time card via Employee Time Maintenance menu
