Cause

Informational.

Resolution

In the alternate layouts there is an empty line between the payee and the address on the check, there are some banks and/or clients that require this extra line for spacing.

On C Fold Alternate layout the added empty line is only on the check stub address, not the outside mailing address.

Additional Information

If none of the standard layout options meets the need of the site/bank then a Custom Enterprise Forms will need to be requested for the site.  Request for Service Enterprise Forms Custom Template
