Why is the LOPFI submission file not being accepted?

Cause

The proof report was uploaded instead of the submission file. 

Resolution

The CSV file that meets agency submission requirements can be located using the Electronic File Path at the bottom of the program (format prarpdcvXXXX.csv).

The file is created in the Export Directory.
