Deduction Calc Code 39 - Percent from Deduction Plus Amount

Updated an Employee's Deduction record to a calc code 39-Percent from Deduction plus Amount but the employer portion is no longer being withheld.

A Calc Code 39 Deduction can only be an Employee Paid Deduction. 

Create a separate deduction code for either the employee additional amount or employer paid portion. 

A Calc Code 39-Percent from Deduction Plus Amount, works like a tax calculation and can only be set as an employee only deduction. The percent of the calculation is drawn from the deduction master record while the additional amount is pulled from the employee deduction record.
