Cause

Unemployment Tax box on the Employee Master was not checked



Resolution
  1. Access Employee Master and search for the employee

  2. Select Demographics Tab

  3. Select Update

  4. Select Unemployment Tax to put a check mark

  5. Select Accept

  6. Re-Generate CA DE9C



Additional Information

A prerequisite for the program is that the Unemployment Tax flag on the Demographics tab in the Employee Master program has to be check marked for employees to be included in the report.
