Description of Issue

Generating MT PERIS report and getting the following error - 

Generate Failed error occurs and no records generate.  ups_MTPERIS-Generate failed -391

Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'PayRate', table 'munprod.StateReporting.MontanaPERIS'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.
