Cause

Web Services for General Ledger Web Service Handler is not correctly configured for service or user

Resolution
  1. Munis > System Administration > General Administration > Web Service 
  2. Select Module GL with Handler glwshdlr
    • Browse using right arrow > until reach the 13th record for general ledger web services
  3. Update
  4. Ensure the following are flagged as both ACTIVE and PUBLIC for implementation and testing purposes
    • glwsvttt_tripApproval
    • glwsvttt_tripCancel
    • glwsvttt_tripInvoice
    • glwsvttt_tripInvRegen
    • glwsvttt_tripRequest
  5. Accept
  6. Go back and try to log the Triptracker trip again

If Web Services are marked PRIVATE SERVICE follow Adding or Updating Private Web Services to Munis Users this is additional layers of security limiting users actions and is not advised during the implementation phase of integration, it can be added after as needed.
