Description of Issue

Individual Student Activity programs will no longer open after upgrading



Context

Cause

Programs such as Activity Transactions, Void Transactions, Cash Transfers etc. have been deprecated in versions 2021.1 and above. Users will now utilize the Student Activity program. 



Resolution

Remove Menu Access to these programs

System Administration > General Administration > Menu Security

  1. Highlight Financials and click Forward

  2. Highlight Student Activity and click Forward

  3. Click Update then Tab

  4. Set Allow Access to Hidden for all programs except Student Activity

  5. Click Accept

  6. Click Apply Now

  7. Refresh menus as needed
