Description of Issue

Attempting to add an Asset Type Code using the ellipses, results in message: No Help data found for this field

Context

  • Enterprise Asset Management 

  • EAM

Cause

There are no Asset Type Codes configured with the correct Category or Department

Resolution

Asset type codes need to have a Category that matches the Rate Code Detail Type, and an Administrative Department that matches the Rate Code Servicing Department
