Description of Issue

Summary Receivables Report fails to run with an error:

  • A Fetch txbilact failed - status: -400 ISAM -1

  • Additional information concerning a status error of -400:

  • Fetch attempted on unopen cursor

Cause




Resolution

Development is currently researching the issue. Install MUN-436686 once available

Work around would be to use the Detail Receivables by Date report, which provides a very similar format now in versions 2017.1 and up
