New CSS Users do not have General Billing Access
Default User does not have GB.
Citizens cannot see bills after registering,
How to enable GB access by default?

- Citizen Self Service
- User Administration
If the Default User in CSS does not have General Billing Access, newly registered users will not have this access by default and therefore will not be able to see their bills. CSS Administrator will have to grant this access individually unless it is granted to the Default User.
To grant General Billing access to CSS Default User sign into CSS as an admin.
- Click User Administration.
- Click Edit Default User at the top of the page.
- Click the Citizen button.
- Check the General Billing box.
- Click Update.
Newly registered users will now have GB access by default. Previously registered users must be granted this access individually by following the same steps for each user.Â
