KY Employee Benefits Import Error due to sequence number not updating

Testing Employee Benefit Import in V2021.3 and sequence number is not updating which is causing errors.

Install work ticket MUN-434285 (Master) when released

Work around:

• Import will complete if you change the date in the Basic Life Record up by one day.  This will complete the Import but the Sequence Number will still be incorrect until the work ticket is installed.
