Release Held Job in Scheduler



Description of Issue

The scheduler is online and a job in the Scheduler Queue is on hold and needs to be released so that it starts running again. 



Context
  • Scheduler Queue (mescheng)

  • On Hold Job



Cause

The job failed previously and was placed on hold by the scheduler engine.



Resolution
  1. Navigate to the Scheduler Queue either by searching or using the following path: System Administration > Scheduler Administration > Scheduler Queue

  2. Click on the job where the status is On Hold so that it is highlighted. 

  3. Click Job on the top. 

  4. Click Release Hold.
