Description of Issue

Some teachers are missing from the MTRS Generate

Context
  • Payroll
  • Massachusetts
  • MA Retirement Maintenance
Cause

New employees did not have a retirement maintenance record.

Resolution
  1. Select MA Retirement Maintenance 
  2. Select Search and search for the employee(s)
  3. If not found, Select Add and enter the employee details
  4. Select Accept
  5. Return to MA Teacher Retirement Report and generate a new report
