Cannot see any employee records

I am trying to run a search in Employee Inquiry and I can't return any records.

• Enterprise ERP

• Payroll

• Roles

Role attached to the user did not have access to location, or org maintenance.

1. Access Roles: System Administration > Security > Roles

2. Search for the user's Role

3. Click HR Management / Payroll

4. Select Full in both the Location and Org Maintenance drop-down menus

5. Click Accept

Every employee is linked to a location and an org code. In order to see a record associated with a given employee in any payroll program, the end user must have data access to the employee's assigned Org and Location code on the Employee Master record.
