Exclude deductions or pays on Enterprise Forms Template



Description of Issue

Need to be able to exclude deduction codes or pay codes on the Enterprise Form Template.

Cause

Need to make sure that the <Enter> button on the keyboard is pressed after entering the code.



Resolution
  1. Go to Enterprise Forms Administration: How to access and use Enterprise Forms

  2. Open the Payroll Check template that you would like to exclude either deduction or earnings codes.

  3. Click the Data Display Options tab.

  4. Scroll down to the Exclude deductions with code or Exclude pays with code section and click on the Enter Code text.

  5. Next, type the deduction code (example: 8000) or pay code (example: 950).

  6. After each entry, press the ENTER button on your keyboard to save the entry.

  7. If the code was entered successfully, the code will display in a gray oval with a dark gray X. 

  8. If you need to remove the code, click the X to delete it from the template.

  9. Click the Save button.
