Signatures are too small on Enterprise Forms template
Description of Issue
When printing forms with ReadyForms the signatures are displaying too small
Context

Cause
The ReadyForms template automatically scales the signature files based off the aspect ratio of the image file
Resolution
Remove as much boarder from the image as possible
Resize the image file so the aspect ratio is approximately 150x600
