Delete Partially Paid Retro Records

I am unable to delete partially paid Retro Pay records from Process Retro pay.

Load Work Ticket that adds Delete Partial Pays Skittle in Process Retro Pay Program.

Once Work Ticket is Loaded: 

1. In Payroll> Payroll Processing> Process Retro Pay, a skittle "Delete Partial Pays" will now show on toolbar

2. Click Update, Select Employee to remove partial pay record, click Accept

3. Click Delete Partial Pays, click Ok, click Accept to remove the partial pay record from view
