Description of Issue

User needs TRS view and column for purchase order notes to build a custom report



Context

  • Munis all versions

  • SSRS reports

  • Crystal reports

  • SaaS, Tyler-hosted clients

  • OnPrem, Self-hosted clients

  • Purchase order inquiry



Cause

The View Database Columns overlay option does not exist to view table and column name



Resolution

To view notes field in Munis, follow the steps below:

  1. In Tyler Menu, navigate to Munis > Financials > Purchasing > Purchase Order Inquiry and Reports > Purchase Order Inquiry

  2. Search for a PO number and click Notes folder.

  3. Select a line and click Accept in the top menu ribbon.
