Database view containing inventory item description

Client needs TRS view containing inventory item description for building a custom report

• Munis 2019.1

• SSRS report

• Crystal report

• Inventory Items

The view database column overlay show description field as derived

To view this field in Munis, follow steps below:

1. Navigate to Munis > Financials > Inventory Management > Inventory Processing > Inventory Items.

2. Item description is visible to the right side of item number. 

This description field is available under column a_item_desc in TRS view in_item_master.
