Add query text message to a CSS search screen

How do I add/update the query text message above the search fields within a CSS module?

• Citizen Self Service (CSS)

1. Login to CSS using credentials that have admin access
2. Navigate to Administration > Citizen Administration > Desired Module
3. Update the Query Text box with the desired message
4. Click Update to save the changes
   • Note that CSS may take up to 20 minutes to reflect the changes

The Query Text field supports HTML formatting and can contain up to 2000 characters
