Employee Unable to Remotely Log Into ExecuTime Application

Description of Issue

Employees are unable to log into the application and receive the following error message. 

Remote access to the primary interface is not allowed for this user

Context
  • ExecuTime
  • ET
Cause

Employee did not have security access to log into the application remotely.

Resolution

To give the employee access to log into the application remotely:

  1. Select System Admin
  2. Select Master File Management
  3. Select the pencil next to an employee
  4. Select Security
  5. Check Allow for Allow remote access for Primary Interface
  6. Select Save for Current Pay Period
