Change the Description for an Accrual Type

Description of Issue

We want to change name of an accrual type.  How do we do that?

  • Payroll
  • Accrual
  • Miscellaneous Codes
Cause


Resolution
  1. Access Miscellaneous Codes (Payroll > Payroll Setup > Miscellaneous Codes)
  2. Double click Miscellaneous Type ACCR
  3. Search for the accrual type
  4. Click Update
  5. Enter the Short Desc and Long Desc
  6. Click Accept
