MunisARPaymentGateway_CreatePrePayment gets a 400 Proxy error after upgrade to 2021.1

Description of Issue

The MunisARPaymentGateway_CreatePrePayment fails to process a new request due to a HTTP/1.1 400 Proxy error

Cause

The user ID in the webservice requires deposit numbers on batches and a deposit was not supplied in the webservice XML.



Resolution

  1. Navigate to System Administration > Security > User Attributes

  2. Search for the User ID

  3. Select the desired role to update

  4. Click the Edit Role button on the bottom of the page

  5. Select the Accounts Receivable folder (found in the center column of permissions)

  6. Selected Update from the Ribbon

  7. Change the Deposit numbers on payment batches to Not required

  8. Click Save from the Ribbon
