Position is not autoloading in time entry

• Position number is blank when autoload a time entry group

• Missing position when load a time entry batch

• Holiday pay moving into payroll without a rate

• Munis

• Payroll

• Time Entry

The pay type being loaded into Time Entry has not been added into Employee Job/Salary.  The pay type must be added in Employee Job/Salary.

1. Access Employee Job/Salary (Payroll > Employee Maintenance > Employee Job/Salary)

2. Click Add

3. Enter Employee Number > TAB down and enter the Pay Type > TAB down and continuing entering criteria as needed

4. Click Accept
