How to display Org Description column in Next Year Budget Entry and Central Budget Entry

Description of Issue

Client does not know how to display Org Description column in Next Year Budget Entry and Central Budget Entry programs.



Context

Cause

Org Description is not displaying among set of columns in Next Year Budget Entry or Central Budget Entry.



Resolution

  • In Next Year Budget Entry, the Org Description column can be displayed by right-clicking on any visible column, then clicking the flag for Org Description.

  • In Central Budget Entry, the Org Description column can be displayed by clicking Account Columns in the ribbon, then clicking the flag for Org Description.
