Activity Code not pulling into ExecuTime

Description of Issue

An activity code is not showing in ExecuTime.

Cause

Security access on one of the project (job costing) items was invalid. An org unit defined in the security access does not contain any employees. 



Resolution

  1. Log into ExecuTime.

  2. Go to System Admin>Job Costing. Locate the Project.

  3. Click Edit pencil Icon next to the applicable Project.

  4. Click the Remove icon for the security applied that includes the empty location.
