Accruals with earning method 2 - whole units within payroll are not correct after processing payroll

Some employee's accruals are not updating correctly in History after the payroll is completed.

• Employee Accruals

System issue. With an earning method of 2-Whole Units Within Payroll, it is factoring in the partial earned amount off the Employee Accrual record twice. 

Install applicable work ticket when available.
