Workflow Business Rules not showing next Approver

Supervisor is not showing as the second approver for ESA processes.

The Business rule ranges were not inclusive of the correct Locations on the Workflow Business Rules record for ESA.

1. Navigate to Workflow Business Rules 

   1. EERP > System Administration > Workflow Administration > Workflow Business Rules

2. Search on the Process for ESA

3. Click Accept

4. Find the record tied to Approver - SUPERVISOR LVL 2

5. Click Update

6. Add a line defining the first and last Location code in a range of codes

   1. e.g. From 2000 To 3500

7. Click Accept
