The override functionality should be used when you have EERP segment values that map to multiple TSDS account values, depending on additional segment values in the EERP GL account.  When you have this scenario, TSDS Code Translations should be setup to reflect accurate mapping for the largest volume of EERP GL Accounts and the account-level override should be used for the outliers. 

The override functionality can also be used for TSDS Fiscal Year, if you have multi-year federal programs or projects that need to be reported to TEA with the fiscal year they were first reported under.
