2025 Payroll 941 Enterprise Form template not available

After installing the latest version of Enterprise forms, no new template for Payroll 941 appears

New 2025 templates are not automatically generated, and a new one must be created with the new year layout.

1. Navigate to enterprise forms administration

2. Once you are on this page, open the Payroll dropdown on the left and click Payroll 941
3. Click the plus icon in the bottom right to add a new template
4. Enter in a desired description for this new template. This will be how it is displayed to users selecting this template
5. Open the Layout dropdown and click 2025 Standard
6. Click Create in the bottom right

After following these instructions, the new template will be available to use in any delivery definition.

Alternatively any existing 941 template can be changed by navigating to the same place, clicking on the template instead of the plus button, and editing the template that pops up. 

If you do this, the delivery definitions will not need to be changed.
