Description of Issue

Employees have numerous deductions that are coded to Box 14 on Employee W-2s, and it's causing a second page to print. Is it possible to combine those deductions into one line in Box 14?

Resolution

No, it is not possible to combine the deductions. Each one must be reported individually, so the W-2 will create with two pages if necessary.
