Error when trying to reprint prior year W2 for employee

When I try to reprint a prior year W2 for one employee I get the following error message:

Cause

The Employee was terminated and does not have an active EERP record.

Resolution

Employee will need to be reactivated from Terminated Employee Master.

If unsure if employee is terminated:

Navigate to Employee Master (Human Capital Management > Payroll > Employee Maintenance >Employee Master)
Click Search
Define the Employee Number
Click Accept

If Employee does not appear with a Record please do the following to see if they are in the Terminated Employee Master Program:

Navigate to Terminated Employee Master: (Human Capital Management > Human Resources > Separations and Termination > Terminated Employee Master)
Click Search
Search for the Employee that has been Terminated
Click Accept

If the Employee is inside of the Terminated Employee Master they will need to be reactivated in order to be able to print out the W-2 for them. Please use this article to assist with that.
