The Master Work Schedules program generates and modifies master work schedules that provide scheduling templates for employees. Work schedules identify hours and days for a work week.

Create as many regular schedules as needed for multiple groups of employees.

Employee Job/Salary category restrictions are in place for this program. If a user is not allowed to access the Employee Job/Salary program, the user cannot access this program; if a user has inquiry-only access for the Employee Job/Salary program, that user is also limited to inquiry-only access for this program. In addition, when a user is restricted to Hide SSN (Inquiry Only) or Hide SSN (Update/Delete) for the Employee Job/Salary program, that user is also restricted from viewing the Social Security number (SSN) in this program. (Category restrictions are established in the System Administration Roles program for HR Management/Payroll.)
