MNT BANK positive pay total line incorrectly includes zeros in position 2-11

M & T BANK keeps rejecting the positive pay file because of incorrect values in the totals line.

This is an EERP defect 

Download MUN-486912 from Tyler Deploy when available 

Workaround - M&T does not require a totals line so this line could be completely removed from the file manually.
