Time and Attendance - Employee unable to change availability status



Description of Issue

Employee is unable to update their availability status on the clock in and out screen.



Context

ExecuTime



Resolution
  1. Go to Security & Permissions. System Admin > Security & Permissions

  2. Select the Pencil to edit the Role that is attached to the employee.

  3. Click on Other tab.

  4. Check the Allow Availability Status Change box. Hit Save.

  5. Sign out of ExecuTime and go back in to see changes.



Cause

Allow Availability Status Change box was not checked on the role that was assigned to the user.
