What records will be pulled in based on the Search Period chosen in Employee Job/Salary?

Context

  • Enterprise ERP Payroll

  • Employee Job/Salary

Cause

Search Period is based on the Effective Pay dates along with the other search criteria defined.

Resolution

  • Current: Any pay record that has an Effective Date prior to today's date and an Effective End date after today's date.

  • All: All pay records regardless of Effective Dates.

  • Historical: Any pay record with an Effective End date prior to today's date.

  • Future: Any pay record that has an Effective Date after today's date.

  • Specific Date: Only pay records with the defined Effective Date.
