After Generate Accounts Receivable is finished during a Motor Vehicle billing, an empty batch is created in Abatement Entry.

Development is currently investigating the cause of this issue.

• Development is currently researching this issue. 
• A workaround in the meantime is to Delete the empty Abatement Entry batch: Delete Abatement Entry Batch
