Expenditure Central Advanced Search for Vendor

In Expenditure Central in 2019.1.22, when clicking Advanced Search, the Vendor field has a check box to be able to search all vendors at once. 

In 2021+, the Vendor field does not have this check box, so it takes extra button clicks to be able to search all vendors at once.
