Error running Flexible Period Liability Report - praccrpt Error selecting accruals for employee XXXX

When running the Flexible Period Liability Report, it errors out:

Error selecting accruals for employee XXXX -284 [ISAM -1]

Additional information concerning a status error of -284: A subquery has returned not exactly one row

• Employee Accruals Report

• Flexible Period Liability Report

• Employee Accruals

The site is using Job Based Accruals, and had inactive records in Employee Accruals, and the system is unable to calculate inactive records.  The Exclude Inactive Accruals checkbox must be selected when defining the report:

1. Navigate to Employee Accruals Report (Human Resources > Leave/Absence Management > Employee Accruals Report)

2. Select Define

3. Define for the Flexible Period Liability Report

4. Select the Print Options tab

5. Select the Exclude Inactive Accruals checkbox

6. Define for the required Accrual Types under the Accruals tab

7. Select Accept and produce the report using the available outputs in the top ribbon
