Liens Browse button Owner Name and Status blank

Description of Issue

When clicking the Browse button in Liens, both the Owner name and Status are missing. 

Context

  • Property Tax Billing

  • Delinquency Processing Reports

  • Liens

Cause

Either Jurisdiction is missing from the lien or the Lien to Jurisdiction is disabled in Lien Settings.

Resolution

This has been resolved in 2021.10 and above. Install the latest Tyler Deploy release for your current Enterprise ERP version.
